Here’s the idea:
Many leaders create their vision and strategy from an insular view of the world. ie. they copy and paste last years plan and their boss adds 10% to their KPI’s. Creating a vision that serves, with an external outcome for an external stakeholder is more powerful. It creates more meaning for those around you. The virtual working or blended working environment makes it easier to do this, as you can use the tools to get external feedback and input into your direction.
