Last year was a really tough year for a lot of people. A lot of my clients and a lot of leaders I work with struggled personally and the lingering effects are still there in terms of wellness, mental health, and exhaustion.
It’s a really good time to sit back and reflect and help you give some tools, strategies and skills to be able to achieve balance and peace in your life and move forward personally.
I plan 9 different videos in this series:
At the end of this series I’ll make an offer to you to support your leaders around these topics using a Group Coaching Model. If you listen to this work and you’d like more info about helping your leaders or organisation, click the link below and we can talk further.
Week 1: A Model to Understand Who You Are
In this video I share a model to understand the components of who you are:
4 Components
1.Spirit
Wrap arounds the mind and body. This is the part of you that never changes, your unique consciousness .
2. Body
The physical self, it’s grounded instinctive self. Our body allows us to take action. We’re instinctively starting to realise that the body has its own intelligence, it drives our a behaviour.
3. Mind & Emotions
This is an interesting piece of machinery that includes our thinking self and emotions. It separates us from animals. It allows us to do abstract thinking, but it is also our greatest flaw.
4. Inside & Outside world
Our Spirit contains the seeds of our DNA. Our Interaction with the inside and outside world – develop our foundations as a person.
